Casting Pump body

图片
Casting Pump body Product Description We Offer Casting Pump Body , pump casings , impeller castings, pump mounting brackets. And other pump castings used in oil field, oil extraction, oil refining, petrochemical industry, water treatment industry, solid waste treatment, concrete construction and other industries. We can use various metal materials according to customer's needs. Such as heat-resistant stainless steel, cast iron, gray cast iron or other alloy steels. The investment casting process begins with a precise model (pattern) of the end product. For centuries this pattern has been made out of wax, however currently there are a variety of materials that are used. The model is then covered with a ceramic slurry which hardens to create a mold. The original model is then dissolved (for example, wax is melted and drained), and molten metal is inserted in its place. Once cooled and the mold removed (divested), you are left with the finished piece. In practice, modern Investment Ca...

Why choose cast stainless steel cookware?

图片
Cast Stainless Steel Advantages While there are many ways to machine cookware parts, cast stainless steel is unique because it allows you to obtain highly complex shapes. In addition, it is the preferred choice for applications that require superior corrosion resistance. Stainless steel's corrosion resistance is due to its high chromium content of at least 10.5%. Here are the reasons to prefer  cast stainless steel  cookware Cast stainless steel cookware. 1. Will not rust 2. Easy to clean 3. Can be used for a long time without wear and tear 4. Can be washed in the dishwasher or soaked in the sink 5. Better thermal conductivity than stainless steel 6. Scratch resistant 7. Durable 8. Healthy for human body 9. Easy to release food     Cast Stainless Steel vs. Cast Iron Cast iron and stainless steel have many similarities - they are both durable, versatile, and add an amazing sear to your food. A cast iron pan is a classic piece of cookware that can last a lifetime if ca...

What is cast stainless steel?

图片
Cast stainless steel refers to the process of casting stainless steel alloys. Stainless steel castings allow for the manufacture of various types of complex stainless steel cookware parts. The stainless steel casting process  begins with the injection of wax into a high-precision mold. The wax mold, produced by either method, is then assembled onto the sprue along with a ceramic pouring cup. These wax units are then surrounded with a silica slurry mixture and refractory zircon sand. This is typically the longest stage of the stainless steel casting process, as the shell must be completely dry before additional coatings can be applied. Once the shell is properly dried, the wax mold inside is burned off through a strongly heated pressure chamber called an autoclave. After all wax is removed, the stainless steel is poured into the shell. After the stainless steel has cooled, they head to where the finished ceramic shell is removed from the cookware parts. The parts are then cut from t...

Doorknob Stainless Steel Investment Casting

图片
Doorknob Stainless Steel Investment Casting The stainless steel casting process  is actually an investment casting process in which molten stainless steel is poured into a mold to solidify and obtain a strong, dense stainless steel material in the desired pattern. As with other stainless steel components, investment casting is a common production process for manufacturing door handles. When corrosion resistance and strength are required for certain products, stainless steel investment casting is the perfect solution. YOGEM casts more than 5 casting stainless steel alloys and we typically provide custom services for precision and complex stainless steel products including door handles and other hardware. Having been in the investment casting industry for many years, we are experts in stainless steel casting and offer the perfect casting solution that is second to none. Our foundry's investment casting process produces complex, high-precision door handles with greater d...

Pros and Cons of Cast Valves

图片
Pros and Cons of Forged Valves There are many reasons why you may want a forged valve for your application instead of a cast valve. Forged valves do tend to be better for high temperature and high pressure applications. These types of valves are less prone to thermal fatigue because the walls are thinner compared to cast alternatives. Also, forged options have a higher mass, making them mechanically stronger.  However, there are a few reasons why a forged valve may not be best for your application. First, the forging process does create limitations for valve size and shape. Forging generally works better for smaller valves and components. In addition, not every metal is suitable for forging, which limits your options for valve material.    Pros and Cons of Cast Valves Cast valves are a great option where you need quick turnaround and low cost valves, as they require less labor to produce. Also,  the casting process allows for more complex s...

Difference Between Cast Steel Valves and Forged Steel Valves

图片
Valves are an integral part of any industrial unit or system. Industrial valves are used to regulate the flow of media through a pipeline, isolate certain areas of a pipeline, check the system integrity of a unit, etc. This is why industrial valves need to be of the highest quality, leak-proof, efficient and durable.   Casting Casting is a method of producing various object by pouring liquid (molted) metal (steel), or another liquid or suspension capable of solidifying, into the mold of the required shape. The casting method is chosen primarily for products of complicated shapes, which cannot be produced by a different method or are made in complicated or expensive way (e.g., by machining or welding). After pouring the steel into the mold, the liquid steel is in immediate contact with a cold wall, which cause decreasing the temperature of the steel and its crystallization. The casting temperature, for example of carbon steel, is around 1 450 °C.   Cast steels have a ...

Zinc Die Casting of benefits include

图片
Zinc Die Casting of benefits include: Low melting point makes it an eco-friendly option High strength Quality finishes Electrical conductivity High thermal conductivity Can be cold formed Can be cast with thin walls and complex shapes You will often find medical equipment die cast parts made of zinc. Zinc castings are popular when your item is a patient-facing device that needs an attractive painted or plated finish, since zinc provides a very smooth surface to work on and can be plated easier than aluminum die castings. You can also easily make very thin-walled parts with zinc, which is critical when weight is an important factor in a specific application.Possibly the easiest alloy to die cast, Zinc is often used in electronics, computing and telecommunications.   Magnesium Die Casting of benefits including: Excellent dimensional stability Recyclable Impact resistant High strength-to-weight ratio Thin wall capability for large components Can withstand high temperatures EMI/RFI shi...
